- Zoner keeps running. Every plan includes full offline operation — dispensing, stock and claim recording all work without a connection, and everything syncs when you’re back online.
- Where is our data kept?
- We store all your data in Rwanda and manage it ourselves, encrypted end to end, with a daily backup and a full audit log. You own your data — always.
- How long does setup take?
- Most pharmacies are fully running within a week. We import your product list, connect your insurer and train your staff.
- Is it compliant?
- Yes. Zoner is built to the Rwanda Ministry of Health digital health system requirements: e-prescriptions, national ID integration and digital claims submission.
- Can I switch plans as my pharmacy grows?
- Yes. Plans are month to month, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and your data carries over completely.
