Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zoner Health platform, including our mobile app, web app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) What Zoner is (and isn't)

Zoner helps you manage your health routines by enabling features such as medication reminders, storing health documents (like prescriptions and lab results), and finding medicine availability information from participating pharmacies.

Zoner is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, insurer, or emergency service. Zoner does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Educational information only. The Service may display health-related information (including articles, tips, explanations, or automated categorization) for educational and organizational purposes only. This information is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of something you read or see in the Service.

Emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, seek immediate medical help. Do not rely on Zoner for emergency services.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may require verification steps (such as phone verification) to protect the Service and users.

3) Your content (prescriptions, documents, reminders)

You may upload or create content such as prescription images, medication schedules, and health documents ("User Content").

You keep your rights in your User Content. You grant Zoner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only to operate and improve the Service, including enabling you to access it across your devices and share it when you choose.

No verification of accuracy or legibility. Zoner does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legibility of User Content. If you upload unclear, incomplete, or incorrect information (including blurry prescription images), you understand that errors may occur.

Double-check requirement. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming that any information you upload, store, or share is accurate and legible. If you share a prescription or medication information with a pharmacy, you agree to double-check it with the pharmacy and your clinician where appropriate.

4) Medication reminders and notifications

The Service may send reminders through push notifications, SMS, email, or other channels depending on your settings.

REMINDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Delivery can be affected by device settings, network issues, downtime, operating system restrictions, third-party services, or other factors.

NO RELIANCE / LIFE-CRITICAL USE (IMPORTANT):

  • DO NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE FOR TIME-SENSITIVE OR LIFE-CRITICAL MEDICATION OR HEALTH NEEDS.
  • THE SERVICE IS A SECONDARY ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL AND SHOULD NOT BE YOUR PRIMARY METHOD FOR MANAGING LIFE-CRITICAL HEALTH ROUTINES (INCLUDING INSULIN, HEART MEDICATION, OR ANY URGENT DOSING SCHEDULE).
  • You remain solely responsible for following your clinician's instructions and maintaining an independent method of tracking critical medications.

5) Medicine availability and pharmacy information

The Service may display medicine availability, pricing, or related information from participating pharmacies.

No guarantee of stock or price. Zoner does not guarantee that any specific medicine will be in stock. Any pricing or availability shown may be estimated, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm critical details directly with the pharmacy before making decisions.

6) Pharmacy interactions, prescriptions, and third-party dispensing

Passive conduit. If the Service enables you to share a prescription or request information from a pharmacy, Zoner acts as a passive conduit for transmitting information at your direction.

Your contract is with the pharmacy. Any purchase, reservation, dispensing decision, substitution, counselling, delivery, or provision of medication is strictly between you and the pharmacy. Zoner is not a party to that transaction and does not control or supervise pharmacy services.

Pharmacy responsibility. Zoner disclaims all liability for the quality, safety, dosage, legality, suitability, labeling, storage, substitution, dispensing, counselling, delivery, or any other act or omission by a pharmacy or other third party.

Once you instruct Zoner to share your information with a pharmacy, that pharmacy processes the information under its own policies and legal obligations.

7) Prohibited use

You must not:

  • use the Service for illegal activity or to violate any law;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share;
  • attempt to access another user's account or data;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others; or
  • misuse the Service in a way that risks health, safety, privacy, or platform integrity.

8) Third-party services and links

The Service may use or link to third-party services (such as maps, messaging, analytics, or payment tools in the future). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Zoner is not responsible for them.

9) Suspension, termination, and data-loss risk

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create security or privacy risks, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Data-loss / continuity disclaimer. You understand that data may be lost due to technical failures, device loss, account compromise, suspension/termination, or other reasons. Zoner does not guarantee that your data will always be recoverable.

Maintain independent records. You agree to keep an independent record of your prescriptions, dosages, and clinician instructions outside the Service, especially for critical medications.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Zoner does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including pharmacy availability) will be accurate.

11) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ZONER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, A MINIMAL AMOUNT AS REQUIRED BY LAW).

SAVINGS CLAUSE (NON-EXCLUDABLE LIABILITY): Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Zoner harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your interactions with pharmacies or other third parties, or your breach of these Terms.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

14) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Zoner operates, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Disputes will be brought in competent courts with jurisdiction where Zoner operates, unless otherwise required by law.
